Competitor quotes must be verifiable in writing and from an Australian registered travel agent. Lower rates from a hotel/apartment direct must be from the official website or reservations department. All products must be offered by Travelplan, with same inclusion details and travel dates. Accommodation must be featured in Travelplan's current brochure. In the case of individually-owned apartment properties, quote must be for an identical unit offered by Travelplan.
Prices must be a valid advance payment rate, available to any member of the general public. Travelplan reserves the right to determine the exchange rate used for calculations should the competitor quote not be in Australian dollars. Regular booking conditions apply and all products subject to availability. "Best Price Policy" applicable to new quotes only.
All quotes prepared online will be checked by a consultant for errors.
